Smalltown, USA. All is peaceful, all is calm, or at least it is until a series of gruesome murders take place. The townspeople gather together to suggest various solutions and decide to send out a search party to track down the murderer. But when the search party is massacred, it seems that the only hope for the town might be a young handicapped boy and his sister, both of whom are convinced that the killings are the work of a werewolf. The American film Silver Bullet is an enjoyable old movie with those 80s vibes that can get under your skin, but it also has some great characters. The child protagonists may not be your cup of tea, but they are very well cast, plus they are believable, and the same goes for their relationships. The movie works very well, and I regret waiting for it for so long. I really wish I had seen this movie back in the day.
