Sylvester Stallone stars as Kit Latura, a once well respected Medical Serivce Chief, now working as cab driver in New York. Kit thinks his heroic days are over and is now living a quiet life but when a group of ruthless diamond thieves cause a massive explosion in Holland Tunnel while trying to escape from the police, Kit’s instincts take over and he puts his life on the line to save the endangered citizens in the tunnel. But as Kit goes further into the tunnel he himself becomes trapped and now must lead a gang of survivors out to their safety and conquer his problems and fears from his past life in the meantime.
