If this movie didn’t take itself so seriously, it would at least be funny. But in all its seriousness, the delayed battle of Wesley Snipes with the undead is almost unbearable. It exudes cringe from every pore. 30 % ()
The creators wanted to film a new, different version of the movie Blade. Wesley Snipes was supposed to look incredibly cool again in this one. Well, they actually did a pretty good job with that, but it lacks Blade's dry humor, and the blood-soaked action isn't as much fun either. The plot is very stiff, and the screenwriters clearly didn't understand that this should have been a light-hearted spectacle where the audience could have fun. No one will be entertained by a serious B-movie. ()
