A fantastic episode packed with hilarious lines, featuring a perfect Raj who loses his shyness around women thanks to experimental drugs, though he has to deal with the side effects. The battle for Sheldon's sister was brilliant, and Sheldon's solution had me in stitches: "Eat this cheese without farting and you can sleep with my sister."
