She's just so beautiful. BB in the 50s was still that innocent girl who occasionally played minor tricks, mostly stemming from her beauty. And she just looks beautiful. Surprisingly - and perhaps not so surprisingly - that suffices. The fact is, this film has quite a funny story that isn't your typical romance. French humor, although certainly not ubiquitous, still contributes to it. ()
