Ashley Bell reprises her role as possessed teenager Nell Sweetzer in this supernatural horror sequel from director Ed Gass-Donnelly. Discovered alone in the backwoods of Louisiana, and with no memory of her past, a terrified Nell is offered sanctuary in New Orleans by a Christian group intent on purging the demons within her once and for all. But just as she begins the process of building a new life for herself, she discovers that the evil presence that tormented her past is back, and that this time, it's here to stay. (StudioCanal UK)

The Last Exorcism Part II is simply a useless film that was probably made because exorcism horror movies are popular again lately. That leads to there being too many of them. In such a flood, it becomes evident that there are really only a few that are truly worth watching. The Last Exorcism Part II doesn't belong among them because it fails to create the right atmosphere. Scenes you've seen elsewhere will hardly scare you a second time. ()
An extremely forced whole of nothing, a massive drop from a very decent first part. Part II has absolutely nothing interesting. It doesn’t bring in anything new, uses the same clichéd motifs to scare – those we know from loads of other movies about ghosts or exorcism – and on top of that, the protagonist has nothing that would generate any sympathy towards her. Boring, boring, nothing. 3/10 ()
