I prefer it when bigger action stars are in the lead role because you really won’t get much out of Dolph in this film. But it’s quite nice to see these guys on the side of the law as regular police officers or agents moving around the city. Suddenly, the action film feels quite different. I’m not saying it’s great, but it has a slightly different vibe. However, it does get somewhat lost in a pretty decent visual style but otherwise quite an ordinary story. Tough guys who don’t always fit the role.
