After losing his beloved Kisha in a car accident, Malcolm decides to start anew by remarrying mother of two Megan. But things soon go back to their old paranormal ways, with the kids and new wife becoming targets of unexplained phenomena. Good again for me. Marlon Wayans is a crazy and excellent comedian, his mimicry, screaming and especially by fucking Annabell he gained my respect, because I have never seen something so dirty and funny in my life, for me already a cult scene. I laughed a lot. The chickens, shiloh and the Mexican neighbor were also not bad. 65%

A Haunted House 2 isn't a great comedy, but it still clicked for me. There are moments here that could easily hold up in a serious horror film, but most importantly, there are jokes that aren't just dumb. Yes, the banalities prevail, but this time I felt that someone tried and wanted the entertainment not to be completely stupid. It worked.
