Believed to be cured, Cruella de Vil is released from prison and sets out to make a new start in life. Things are going well for Cruella who is busy helping homeless dogs off the street. When the clock strikes on Big Ben, things turn bad. The hypnotic cure is reversed and Cruella is back, and this time she is determined to make that spotted coat she always wanted. (Park Circus)

Compared to the first one, a deep drop among the worse B-movies. The only thing that saves this film are the cute dogs and a bit of Cruella (but not as much as in the first one). Gérard Depardieu embarrasses himself in this film. 4 z 10.

After some time, I realized that the first live-action film with Dalmatians is bad, but when I watched the second one, the first one seemed okay. The second film is truly dreadful, and the first half-hour is basically just stretching out nothing, where it's clear where it's heading. And then... well, and then nothing comes that should surprise you.
