English The teenagers are boring, there’s no atmosphere, and the killing scenes have no new ideas. Jason hasn't been paying attention in class, and he misses a lot of things in practice. Sterile boredom. ()

English I'm wondering if it's better when the authors try doing the same thing, just with different actors, or if it's more appropriate when they attempt to develop some sort of mythology. The film Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers would refer more to the first option because when you get the mythology wrong, it turns out awful. But Friday the 13th Part 2 doesn't bring much new to the table, and you're really just watching the first one again, only with different characters. ()
