Dogs is a great movie for an evening, it's a fine B-movie where the filmmakers didn't want to make anything complicated script-wise, they simply wanted to follow up movies like The Birds or Jaws but in a way that's not epochal - it's simply all about making it work. And it does work, within limits. It’s an enjoyable seventies film that won't offend horror fans. ()
