Chase and Laine head to the Horror Hound Festival, where Laine begins to experience unexplained premonitions and disturbing visions associated with the town's past, and in particular, local legend the Creeper. As the festival gets underway and the blood-soaked entertainment builds to a frenzy, Laine believes that something unearthly has been summoned and that for the first time in 23 years, the Creeper is back. Instead of letting it rot, they come back with three increasingly off-the-wall installments of Reborn, now with a Finnish artilleryman. Dull all the way to the top, featuring a spear like that of a knight, with no trace of the "klaxon-like" atmosphere from the first half of the original. So much of it takes place in front of a green screen that you might mistake the Creeper for a tanned Azog. Without Jonathan Breck, he now looks like the alien from Enemy Mine.
